The Tractor Operator is responsible for efficiently and safely operating a tractor and blower to clear
residential driveways. This role requires punctuality, attention to detail, and the ability to work in
harsh weather conditions. The operator must ensure that routes are completed within the allotted
timeframes to maintain the company’s reputation for the best turnaround times in the industry.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Undergo training for the safe operation of our tractors and blowers
- Operate tractor and blower to clear snow from residential driveways
- Ensure snow is cleared to company standards, leaving driveways safe and accessible.
- Adhere to assigned routes and schedules, making adjustments as necessary to meet
service deadlines. - Communicate with the dispatch team regarding route progress, delays, or issues.
- Maintain the cleaniness of your assigned tractor
- Inform Roads Manager or GM of any parts that may require repair or maintenance
- Assist with minor repairs and troubleshooting on the equipment as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Help other members of the team complete tasks as required or directed by the General
Manager
Requirements - 24/7 On-call availability from November 5th to April 1st (mornings, nights, weekends and
holidays as required by weather conditions) - Valid driver’s license (G)
- Own transportation
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
Assets - Heavy equipment experience (especially New Holland or Kubota tractors)
- Bilingual
Compensation
Starting at $28/hr, commensurate with experience
